No, and neither can anyone else. Entries live only on the device, so removing the app removes them. If you had a device backup from before, restoring that backup will bring them back.
That's deliberate. Panic attacks often happen in public, and the screen is designed to be readable by the person holding the phone without being legible to anyone nearby. If it's too faint for you in normal use, tell me — it's a judgement call and I'd like to know how it lands.
Yes, entirely. The app has no networking at all. The only things needing a connection are the two outbound links on the Crisis Resources screen.

Averted is a self-help tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat anything. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Yes. Averted runs on iPhone and iPad, and needs iOS 18 or later.
Helpful things to include: which device, which iOS version, what you did, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth a lot. If the app crashed, leaving Apple's crash sharing turned on means I'll likely see it anyway.
